Game Introduction

My game is going to be a village with houses and maybe some shops it is basically going to be social interactive game there will be other people in the game which you will be able to interact with. In my game I am also going to add customizing aspects and design so you can create your own character also I will be creating a design aspect were you can design and customize your own home I also will be adding a variety of activities to do in the game the other characters in the game will give the player activities to do for them I will also add some other activities the player can chose from. I am also thinking of creating different maps so the player can chose what map they want.

Story

The story of this game is that the player is moving to a new town to make new friends and to create a new life for themselves in this new village. They design there new home and design the town they make new friends in the town and do many activities to make new friends in the town.

How to Play

There is not many rules in this game it is going to be a straight forward game the player chooses a map that they like and design there own home and character the main rules in the game is to design your home and the town another main rule will be that the player will have to interact with the people in the town and do different activities in the town they will then get rewarded for doing these activities the rewards will mainly be items to design your home or clothing for the player to wear.

Technical

The overall look for my game will be somewhat similar to animal crossing I am going to stick with the cute pastel colors in the game but I am going to try make the graphics in my game look more realistic and 3D. The programming in my game will be very interactive I will have it that the player can chose items or clothing and furniture to decorate there house also that they can interact with the people in the town and that they can talk to them there will be audio when the players talk and when a player completes an activity. The player will also have inventory to carry all of their items.

System Requirements

They must have memory to download the game also on some devices the graphics might not look as good.

Game Architechture

I will be using Unity 3D to create my game, my game will be a realistic game.

User Interface (controls)

there is different controls on different devices the controls for a computer for my game would be space bar to jump mouse pad to click on items left and right click to move alt to run. 

Artwork (design)

The houses in my games and the overall village will look realistic and colorful the characters in the game will look realistic but not too realistic so they will look kind of like a cartoon. The maps in the game will also look realistic and colorful.

Technical Requirements

They must have a lot of storage to download because the graphics will take up a lot of space.

Heads Up Display (HUD)

When the character goes up a level they will unlock more items and unlock a bigger house. All there items will be displayed in the inventory.

Characters

There will be the main character which will be the person playing the game there will also be many more characters in the village/game that the main character can interact with the other characters live in the village they will all look similar but there outfits will be different and gender.

Character 1

The main character will be customized by the player but the character is moving into the village to start a new life.

Level Design

In each level the player will unlock new items such as clothing and furniture for the character to design there new home and to create new looks to level up the player will have to complete a variety of activities.

Global Elements

In the village there will be a variety of different houses and shops I will also be adding objects such as trees, benches, water and flowers. The player can chose which camera angle to play at.

Player View

The main camera angle will be front view but the player can chose which camera angle to play at. The camera will move with the character at the angle they chose. 

Game Flow Chart

The background and objects will move when the character walks they will move with the character you will not be able to walk through any of the objects other than the water and flowers.

Development

The programming of this game will be that the character can interact with the other characters and can design and customize there characters and house. When the character goes over to one of the other characters they will have to press the character to talk to them. All there items will be stored in their inventory so they will have to place an item in their house to decorate the house this will be similar to customizing their character. The player will be able to walk around the village and interact with objects and other characters when they level up they will also unlock new items.

Abstract Classes/Components

The classes and components I will be using in this game will mainly be the interactive characters.

Derived Classes/Component Compositions

Another class and component I will be using would be levels in the game and creating items and objects.

Audio & Sound F/x

The background music in the game will be very calm and relaxing and when they level up there will be happy and exciting music playing.

Technical Requirements

The technical requirements for the audio will be that the audio will have to be loud and clear but not too overpowering the audio would have to be recorded with a microphone.

Player Elements

The background music will be calm and relaxing the sound effects for leveling up will be exciting and loud it will also start vibrating. Talking to the characters will also be relaxing music I will also be adding other sound effects that will be happy and cheerful. 

Global Elements

The background music will be soft and relaxing the overall music theme will be relaxing.

Menu Fx

The menu will be after the intro to the game the menu will have the different types of maps and customizing your character there will be "ding" sound when you click on the buttons in the menu.

Marketing

The key elements in the game would be the interactive part in the game and the customizing part of the game would be the main key elements.

Key Features

The interactive part of the game, the characters and town will be aesthetically pleasing also the customizing and design part of the game would also attract the player.
