First the game genre. My game genre is actually gonna be; Survival. This game is a survival game yes but also as well as that there is action and violence involved. As well as dodging the car storm and other vehicles on the road, you also have to collect and buy weapons to use to kill and eliminate other players, whether they are NPC's or other people online. If you eliminate either type you still get the points and rewards.
A part of violence in the game is using weapons. The weapons you can use in the game can vary from baseball bats, golf clubs, shovels, hammers, katanas and pipe bomb. These are the weapons you can unlock. But when you first start you will have no weapons, so you will have to use your feet to kick other players and punch with your fists.
As well as weapons being unlocked as rewards or being able to bought, another would be outfit/ skins. These could differ on teams like a halloween pack, a Christmas , a country pack or a custom design you can make yourself.
GamePlay
The gameplay of this game will be fast paced. Basically the plot of the game is the player is driving a motorbike. The camera shows a third person view of the player. The aim of this game is to drive quickly or safely to avoid crashing other vehicles, being squished by a vehicle in the storm or from random explosions. This game doesn't actually have an ending. You just have to get the highest score you possibly can. You are equipped with weapons that are rewarded from challenges and by levelling up. This will be a 3D game because I personally think they look better.As well as that it allows you to add more definition to attributes in the game.
This game can be played either with a keyboard or controller. On the key board the controls to move will be the keys "W, S, A, D, 1, 2, 3 and Spacebar". The W, S, A and D keys would be used to drive forward backwards left and write. When you hit the spacebar key that activates nitro, which makes you drives super fast. You only achieve nitro when you get enough points. 1, 2 and 3 are used to switch between weapons. Then when you left click on the mouth it activates the weapon e.g. allows the person to use the weapon- hit the other player with a baseball bat.
Then the next way to play is with your gaming controller. The gaming controller I would use is an Xbox One controller. The analog sticks will be used to control movement. RB and LB will be used to switch through weapons. RT will be used to activate the weapon. and the LT will be the button used to activate nitro.
Target audience & platforms
My target audience for this game would be avid car and avid motorbike fans. This is because the players can buy upgrades for the vehicles like new engines, tyres and armour.
The platforms I would like to see this game on is xbox, playstation and computers.
Look and Feel
With the assets that I have downloaded. The game will have a race track and snowy mountains as the atmosphere. This should give the player a feel of a proper race course.

The story for my game is you are the last person alive. A lab experiment that was meant to open a portal went wrong. Instead of allowing you to travel through the portal, It allowed others to travel to the portal to our world. The portal is constantly directly above you. Every few seconds cars fall from the sky. The only way to stay alive is to drive fast and not get hit by a car.

The art work is gonna set the atmosphere visually for the game. There is going to be lovely green mountains with snow on the very top. This will be very realistic because on every mountain in the world. The higher up you go, the colder it gets. Thats why having snow on the top would make sense.
As well as the snow mountains, there is also a road pre loaded in the asset package. This will be helpful to simulate a race track.
I also downloaded a stormy weather to simulate the storm in which the vehicles will fall from.

There will be a health bar to show how much life the player has left. This will be in the middle of the screen at the bottom. There will also be a gas speedometer. This will be on the bottom right hand corner of the screen. This is not only to show the speed the player is going at but also so the player can hit nitro. There will be 3 boxes at the left bottom hand corner of the screen. This will show the weapons has if the player has any.

Each level is gonna be pretty much the same. The only difference will be if you change the difficulty and the weather. In every level you have to eliminate the NPC's, finish in first place and avoid getting hit by vehicles falling from the car storm.

The player will not complete a level unless he eliminates the NCP's with the weapons or the fists and legs. They cannot attack vehicles from the storm. The level will not end until the player crosses the finish line.

The camera will always be in third person. This will allow the player to see themselves at all times, as well as others. The player can flip the camera. It will remain in third person but allow them to see behind them.

There will be sound effects of moans when the NPC's get eliminated. I will also have sounds of vehicles hitting the ground and sound of the storm.
