Game Introduction
- Genre
- 2D box jumper game
- GamePlay
- Gameplay will be fairly simple and straightforward , using the space bar to jump up over the obstacles. Music will be playing in the background and will pick up speed as the game gets more intense
- Target audience & platforms
- My fellow classmates and people from ages 12-28 roughly. It will be played on Pc only .
- Look and Feel
- The game will be very aesthetically pleasing , i have two ideas in mind, either a colorful one similar to geometry dash or a simplistic version with white ,red, and black .
Story
Its a race against time ! Are you fast enough to escape the doom of eternity which is chasing you down . Ensure your escape by jumping over all obstacles which lie in your way and keep up in time with the music , stay in sync to stay safe . Rewards lie at the end of your journey , once complete , you will move onto the next level . Your race doesn't end at the finish line , the doom of eternity does not rest for no one .

How to play
This game is going to be very easy to play . The controls i have chosen are basic enough, they are the right arrow key to move forward and the space bar to jump. I choose these since the game will be going in the right direction at all times , the player wont be able to go backwards in the game only forward, and the space button since that is the traditional button for a jump action.
Artwork
The game will be a 2D game that is bright and colorful to make it a fun game to play and look at , similarly to geometry dash which has some amazing art design in the game . Using a simple geometric design in the game aswell , using straight block lines , limit the use of circle and rounded objects to create a consist design .
Level design
At the moment the game is looking at either being a 1 level or 2 level design, and this simply comes down to the time we have to create the game . I would rather have one really great level compared to a few decent levels. Quality over Quantity
Technical requirements
I will be making the objects for the game in either unity or in photoshop , still to decide on which will be the easier option as of right now.
Audio and FX
I will be using music for the background , this is to create a fun environment for the player to be in , and the can be in sync with the music whilst playing. Unfortunately i cant attach them here as they are two large in size but i do have around 3 options so far for the soundtrack.
